How to Obtain a State Job:
Applicants should create an account and then login to the state’s job searching website, https://arcareers.arkansas.gov/, to search for jobs to apply for. The Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration (DFA) Human Resources Recruiting Office accepts applications for advertised positions by mail, internet, and in person up to 4:30 p.m. on the recruitment’s closing date. The Human Resources Recruiting Office staff screens applications to determine whether an applicant possesses the required minimum qualifications for the job classification and forwards qualified applications to the interviewing agency for consideration.
