Job Location: This position will be located at a base location that is flexible within the State of Missouri. This position is telecommuting-eligible if candidate meets all telecommuting eligibilities and qualifications. Coordinating communication to gather pertinent information needed to complete assigned projects Research and coordinate guest speaker options for upcoming divison-wide events, including outreach, scheduling, and follow-up communication Assist with onsite event preparation and coordination, ensuring all logistics, materials, and meeting spaces are organized and ready for use. Order necessary supplies, including organzing materials and ensuring items are prepared accurately and timely Preparing, typing, and formatting correspondance,agenda, attendee lists, registration tracking and session documentation Maintaining organized files and records related to assigned projects Schedule meetings as needed and work with various planning committees for assigned projects and division-wide events Provide objective and accurate documentation Perform general clerical and administrative tasks as needed Serve and conduct with exceptional professionalism Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent AND 0-2 years of relevant experience. Technical proficiency Strong interviewing and communication skills Keen to detail and documentation High organizational skills Lack of post‐secondary education will not be used as the sole basis denying consideration to any applicant.
